Devotee Grades — Percentile Slices
The Super Gold / Gold / Silver / Bronze medals in Devotee 360, Add to Calendar and Visit Calendar are automatic percentiles — "top X%" of devotees by money given. ONLINE and OFFLINE have separate slices because the offline pool (temple visitors) is small and already selective. Type a percentage and the calculator instantly shows from which ₹ amount that medal would start.
ONLINE
Ranks every online devotee (… people) by their lifetime total — this website + the old website + store.
OFFLINE
Ranks only temple visitors (… people) by their total visit money. Smaller pool → wider slices.
Courier Account Managers
Point of contact at each courier for escalating stuck shipments (undelivered / out-for-delivery, not yet RTO). Add the manager's name, email, main mobile and WhatsApp number for every courier.

Facebook Pixel & Conversions API

COD Recovery Clocks Super Admin
Fully automatic: an undelivered COD prasad gets the complaint window from each RTO; no delivery by the deadline → the wallet is debited the full collectible. Dues are collected by the normal wallet reminders.
Subscription Backup Super Admin
Save the complete subscription list as it stands, and restore any saved copy. Restoring first saves the current state automatically, so even a restore can be undone.

Pera Rule — Add New Subscriptions Super Admin
Website requests keep the pera chosen on the form. WhatsApp joiners get 12 pera when their per-event total reaches the amount below, otherwise 4 pera.
Maintenance Mode Super Admin
When ON — the whole devotee site shows a friendly "We'll be back within an hour" page (English + Bengali) and takes no bookings. This admin panel stays open. Switch OFF to go live again instantly.

OTP by WhatsApp only (SMS paused)
When ON — every login OTP for an Indian number goes straight to WhatsApp and the SMS gateway is skipped. Use it while Fast2SMS has a problem; switch OFF to go back to SMS first with WhatsApp as the backup. Numbers outside India always get WhatsApp.

High-Value COD Spam Thresholds
COD bookings above these amounts are flagged in Automatic Spam Review — high-value COD orders are the most common spam. Set ₹ for each.
Razorpay Payment Check
Manually reconcile online payments — checks Razorpay for any payment stuck as created, confirms the ones actually paid, and marks abandoned ones (older than 20 min) failed. Same as the automatic every-minute job.
